HNI Corp. (HNI): The office furniture and fireplace maker said it expects first-quarter revenue and profit from the furniture business to decline in the first quarter. The stock rose 41 cents to $27.76 in regular trading.

LDK Solar Co. American depositary receipts (LDK) rose 4.7 percent to $31.50. The Chinese maker of silicon wafers in solar cells said it won a contract to supply 640 megawatts to a unit of Moser Baer India Ltd. over 10 years.

La-Z-Boy Inc. (LZB): The maker of the namesake living- room recliners said it will close a factory in Utah and will consolidate Mexican production into a single facility to reduce costs. The stock rose 16 cents to $8.85 in regular trading.

MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. (WFR) dropped 10 percent to $68.43. The world's third-largest maker of silicon wafers cut its first-quarter sales forecast to $500 million from $560 million, according to a statement.

Robbins & Myers Inc. (RBN) added 4.7 percent to $35.22. The maker of Moyno pumps and Chemineer industrial mixers said it will earn more profit in the third quarter than it previously expected after contingency obligations expired on the sale of two product lines.
