FMC Technologies Inc. (FTI): The largest provider of subsea systems for oil and natural-gas fields said it received a contract worth $980 million to supply deepwater equipment for Total SA's Pazflor project in Angola. The stock rose 53 cents to $57.23 in regular trading yesterday.
Kinetic Concepts Inc. (KCI): The maker of wound-care products said it filed suit in Texas against Innovative Therapies Inc. and three of its officers who formerly worked for Kinetic for breach of confidentiality agreements. The stock dropped $1.20 to $52.36 in regular trading yesterday.
Schering-Plough Corp. (SGP): The drugmaker said its experimental drug for undoing the effects of muscle relaxants used during surgery, sugammadex, will get priority review from U.S. regulators. The stock lost 33 cents to $26.31 in regular trading yesterday.
Superior Energy Services Inc. (SPN) rose $3.17, or 8.8 percent, to $39.01 after the official close of U.S. exchanges yesterday. The U.S. oil-services provider said it signed contracts with BP Plc, Chevron Corp. and Apache Corp. to decommission seven downed platforms and wells for $750 million.
WellCare Health Plans Inc. (WCG): The provider of government-sponsored medical insurance said it will terminate two Medicaid managed-care programs in Connecticut. The stock fell 42 cents to $41.99 in regular trading.
