Christopher & Banks Corp. (CBK) The women's clothing retailer said Matthew Dillon resigned as president and chief executive. He will be replaced by Lorna Nagler, the company said in a statement. The shares dropped 3.3 percent to $13.57 yesterday.
Esterline Technologies Corp. (ESL) The supplier for the aerospace and defense industries said third-quarter earnings, excluding an item, was 61 cents a share. That exceeds the 55-cent average estimate of seven analysts. Esterline shares climbed 2.3 percent to $49.85 yesterday.
ITT Corp. (ITT) gained $3.01, or 4.7 percent, to $67.60 in trading before U.S. exchanges opened. The world's largest maker of pumps and night-vision goggles won an 18-year, $1.8 billion government contract to begin overhauling the U.S. air traffic control system with satellite-based technology to improve safety and cut chronic delays, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration said.
